GRANDMOTHER´S RECIPES - RECETAS DE LA ABUELA Champú de hierbas - Shampoo of herbs

Se trata de un champú indicado para cabellos normales, aunque si se varían los aceites esenciales se puede adaptar a otros tipos de cabello. Se recomienda como toque final añadirle unas ramitas de hierbas frescas.

This is a shampoo for normal hair, although vary the essential oils can be adapted to other types of hair. It is recommended as final to
such add a few sprigs of fresh herbs.

La base para la mezcla de hierbas sera un champú suave y sin perfume, ya que para perfumarlo escogeremos una de las combinaciones que daré al finalizar los pasos.

The basis for the blend of herbs will be a soft shampoo and without perfume, since for to scent it chose one of the combinations that give the finish the steps.


Tenemos los siguientes ingredientes:

• Aceite esencial de lavanda
• Aceite esencial de naranja
• Aceite esencial de romero
• 20 ml de champu transparente y sin perfume
• Un frasco con tapón de rosca (mejor si es de vidrio y transparente)

We have the following ingredients: 

• essential oil of lavender 
• essential oil of orange
• essential oil of rosemary 
• 20 ml of shampoo transparent and without perfume 
• a vial with screw cap (better if it is glass and transparent)

Pasos a seguir:
1. Colocar al frasco de champu los aceites esenciales de la siguiente  manera: 6 gotas de lavanda, 4 gotas de naranja y dos de romero.
2. Enroscar bien el tapón del recipiente y agitar con fuerza para diluir los aceites con el champu.
3. Lavar un par de ramas de romero y añadirlas al frasco para que aporten aroma y el toque decorativo.

Steps to follow: 
1. Place the shampoo bottle essential oils in the following manner: 6 drops of lavender, 4 drops of orange and two of romero. 
2. Twist well the cap of the container and shake vigorously to dilute the oils with the shampoo. 
3. Wash a couple of branches of romero and add them to the bottle to provide flavor and decorative touch.

Champús Personalizados:

Cabello con canas: 6 gotas de aceite esencial de geranio, 4 gotas de aceite esencial de pomelo, 2 gotas de aceite esencial de enebro. Decorar con cascara de pomelo.

Cabello con caspa: 6 gotas de aceite esencial de romero, 4 gotas de aceite esencial de salvia y 2 gotas de aceite esencial de árbol de te. Decorar con ramas de romero.

Cabello seco: 6 gotas de aceite esencial de lavanda, 4 gotas de aceite esencial de geranio y 2 gotas de aceite esencial de milenrama. Decorar con rama de lavanda.

Cabello estropeado: 6 gotas de aceite esencial de manzanilla, 4 gotas de aceite esencial de lavanda y 2 gotas de aceite esencial de tomillo. Decorar con rama de lavada.

Custom shampoos: 
Hair with rods: 6 drops of essential oil of geranium, 4 drops of essential oil of grapefruit, 2 drops of essential oil of juniper. Decorate with nuts of grapefruit. 
Hair with dandruff: 6 drops of essential oil of rosemary, 4 drops of essential oil of salvia and 2 drops of essential oil of tea tree. Decorate with branches of romero. 
Dry hair: 6 drops of essential oil of lavender, 4 drops of essential oil of geranium and 2 drops of essential oil of yarrow.
